I found out the problem.
Indigo didnt like the frame of fluid simulatsion where in the air was really mutch particles - the first frame when water hits the ground.

Indigo 1.1.18 64bit
Blendigo 1.1.18
Python 2.5.4 (32bit and 64bit are installed)
Blender 2.48a 64bit
Vista 64bit

it's rather the particle solver that is producing undefined data from that tricky frame. Nothing to do with Indigo I believe (nor blendigo). I experienced similar outputs straight from Maya with fluid sims.

But this output was for meshes though, now that I read your post again meelis I don't see the relationship with the camera so I may be wrong.

Sorry about that. The first error can't find element Camera, i dont't get anymore. Dont know what solved it. Maybe that when i aplayed fluid simulatsion modifier to all objects.

I assumed the first error (camera) and the last '1.#INd00 -1.#IN00 -1.#IN00' error where connected somehow. And because i can only rotatate camera in Blender on 1st frame where is nothing to see of fluid simulatsion.

It appends when you changed scale of fluid sim, your camera was inside your domain?

Someone instructed to do that with camera moving problem between fluid simulation frames.
Get into object mode and make certain your camera is visible (hit ~ to turn on all layers, then hit ALT+H to show all hidden items). hit the numpad 7 to view your scene from above. Deselect everything in the scene by hitting A once or twice until nothing is highlighted pink. Find and select your camera with the right mouse button. When selected it will turn pink. If the IPO Curve editor is not on-screen, change one of your windows to be the IPO Curve editor. In the header of this window, find the drop-down list (which says Show IPO Type when you hover your mouse over it) and change it to 'Object'.

A series of colored lines/curves will probably show up in the window below the header, interspersed with black dots here and there. Hit the 'A' key until all the black dots turn white. Hit 'X' and confirm deletion.

Your camera should now behave itself.

Just be sure that your camera is NOT selected when you add keyframes unless you want your camera to move automatically during the animation.

Might it be the fluid object can only have 4 verteks faces before starting baking. Because now i can even render particles in air :D
