for my models, i try to use a reflection map or a glosiness map and i would like to know in which channel do i put them?

Material exponent map? Material Fresnel scale map?

You would use your reflection map in the Fresnel map slot, and your roughness/glossiness, you would use in your Exponent map slot. Exponent determines how glossy is your surface, and Fresnel, where would you like to see your reflectivity, plainly speaking. Bear in mind that in some type of materials you will encounter roughness channel, this is the equivalent of exponent, but operates in 0-1 scale, while exponent can go all the way up to...dunno exactly, 10mil, I guess. Hope it helps.

Fresnel scale is the slot to control the amount of reflection. :) To control the roughness of the reflections, use exponent maps.
