Error: maximum recursion depth exceeded

I made a blend of two blend materials and by exporting this messege is shown in console.

Error: [Indigo 2015-Dec-06 14:55:50] maximum recursion depth exceeded

What does this mean?
Intel Pentium 4, 512MB Ram, Nvidia Riva TNT2 Ultra

Not completely sure, but it might mean that there's a sort of implication paradox in your blend material. You might have blender Material A with Material B - and then Material B might be a blend between Material A and Material C for example, which doesn't work of course. Or even more simple - Material A is a blend between Material A and Material B.

If I remember correctly, that's what this error message is about. :)

Okay, thanks for your answer, I will check that.

Edit: I found the mistake, I renamed one of the materials, but the name was not changed in the blend material settings. So that was my fault.
