Blendigo 3.8.25.0

Post by fused » Wed Jan 21, 2015 2:09 am

Archive: http://downloads.indigorenderer.com/dis ... 8.25.0.zip

Windows Installer: http://downloads.indigorenderer.com/dis ... taller.exe

Should be compatible with Blender 2.69-72

Changelog:

3.8.25.0
--------
* changed blendigo installer to install to appdata directory.
* installer detects blender 2.69-72.
* exact install path can be selected now (for newer, not auto detected version).
* added fresnel scale and fresnel scale channel to phong material.
* added backface emission.

Bug reports and comments welcome!

Note: Since the installer installs to a different location now, make sure you uninstall previously installed versions of blendigo.

I am getting this error when Indigo starts

Code: Select all

A problem occurred with the scene:
Error while building scene: ObjectExcep: Frame times must be strictly increasing. (model UID: 10000029)

And there are no particles in scene at all. Any tips on how to debug it, there are a lot of objects in there ...

[EDIT] Figured out, can not use linked libraries.

What do you mean, exactly?

Have a scene to replicate this issue?

Sorry for not being able to respond sooner. In that scene, that I can not share, I had this error until I removed linked libraries(objects) from scene.

What exactly do you mean by linked libraries? I'm not so good with blender lingo :)

Is it a plugin of sorts?

O you mean that. It is like referenced object from another blend file. Basically you have placeholder in your scene that is referencing to object from another blender scene. It can be object, material, image, node etc ...

Would be cool to have access to some more HDRI settings when having selected a Hemi lamp - gamma in particular. :)

The broken light layers panel needs to be fixed, obviously. Changing the values has absolutely no effect at the moment.

Another minor bug: the max SS value in Blendigo is 4. In some cases I find myself having to crank it up to 5, would be nice to be able to do that in Blendigo.
