Linked object with image reference error

Dear List,

I am new to Indigo and just started today. I started with one object and it renders very well with all the textures. Then I opened another blender file and linked to the previous object. When I tried to render with the new file, I keep having error "error with image reference on texture **". Am I missing an obvious point here?

Another questions is about IES file for light source. It seems Indigo does not recognize some of the IES file. I tried three IES files, one worked, one showed error message and the last one just have a message "cannot find Iight source" May I know what is the requirement for IES file input?

Regards,
Xiaoming

Welcome to Indigo Xiaoming :)

Can't help you with the first question but hopefully here:
Indigo only supports one-directional IES files as far as I know, so an IES that defines to emit light up & down wont work... afaik. maybe you can upload or link such an IES file?!

Also make sure to use the latest Indigo & Blendigo version for best experience:

Hi,

Thank you very much for your reply. The two IES I have problem are attached.
For IES 1, the error message is as follow:
Error while building scene: Error while loading IES profiles: IESDataExcep: IESDatumExcep: Parse error, failed to find 'TILT' (model UID: 22). I checked the IES file and "TILT" keyword is there.

For IES 2, the error message is "Scene must contain at least one light source", it seems that idigo cannot recognize the light source.

Could you help me to have a look of the IES file? Thank you.

I actually have another question which might be dumb. Is there a way to load the downloaded material from material database in blender?

Regards,
Xiaooming
