Problem with rendering grass

Hi,
I tried to create realistic grass using hair. Then I created a material and texture, using 'Colorband' to make the grass look realistic. When I render it using blender there is no problem (result image attached).
I'd like to render it using Indigo. Unfortunately, there is a problem with the materials - when I use "Material Type- BLENDED" it doesn't work because i don't have material A and material B. When I set e.g. "Material type- DIFFUSE" it works, but grass is not visible, only the plane under it. What can I do ?

A far as I know, it's not possible to use hair particles with Indigo yet. You can use emitter instead with object and group visualization and those emitted particles have to be meshes.

Blender hair is not supported by Indigo.

Also, read up on what exactly the Blend material does. You can't use it by itself, it needs two other materials to blend together.

My suggestion would be to use particle instances of little grass tufts. It's a powerful and easy way of generating good-looking grass.
