They must be at the same level relative to both programs. I find it easiest to to have blender, indigo, and my textures folder all at exactly the same level so relative paths will always work. For example:
/home/wytraven/blender
/home/wytraven/indigo
/home/wytraven/textures
as opposed to say:
/home/wytraven/blender
/home/coolprograms/indigo
/shared/textures
alternatively edit the exported .igs in a text editor and fix the paths

It seems you haven't assigned your textures in blender for blendigo export.
If you would applied them correctly, Indigo would crash with an error message about Texture map not found, and NOT render the scene without them...

how must i configure my textures for blendigo export ?
i applied an uv map and choosen a jpeg file, nevertheless the texture name "texture.jpeg" don't figured in the igs file.

look in the doc for the code example on diffuse, that applies for phong as well.

ahhh ok freaks you need to configure your materials in blendigo using the "materials" button. forget about using blender material editor. just assign a material in blender then use blendigo to actually define it. Albedo map = base color texture, Bump map = bump texture, and Exponent map = specular texture.
