what's the current situation with running Indigo on non-windows?

specifically,
- OSX powerPC
- OSX intel
- linux powerPC

who has had success on what, and how?

I'm currently having success using computers at work as a render farm (with blender internal renderer and the perl-based FarmerJoe script), so naturally I'm wondering if I can manage the same with Indigo.

I have run indigo on my mac pro with intel chips using both bootcamp with windows XP and crossover within mac OSX. bootcamp is more stable since you're really running it native in xp, but it's a bit disappointing performance-wise - XP can't take full advantage of the quad cores and extra ram I have installed. on the other hand, crossover puts all the hardware to full use, but I've run into some bugginess and random OSX crashes with it. for the most part I've been happier with the performance of crossover. I would love a native mac port for indigo though...

Mac OS X Intel 10.4.10
Wine 0.9.42 (compiled from sources) + msvcr71.dll + msvcp71.dll

indigo render 0.8 and 0.9t3 works perfectly. :D
