Stains in denoised rendering

After 9 hours of rendering and denoising, the image has stains. What could be the reason for this?

I pointed this out a few months ago ... nobody cares

To both...
Fireflies - usual suspects.
Check "clamp contribution" to get rid of those & also render faster (less noise).

it doesnt works clamp contribution for GPU and denoising...It is a bug.

Strange, I just checked and there's no such issue...
e.g.
Glass scene (mor4us_may_2017_compo.igs) Path OCL, clamp 10, optimize & denoise, halt @ 5s, GTX1070 & M5000.

simple test:
- GPU rendering is on for all renders
- Clamp contribution is checked, Max con=1...for all renders.
- optimise for denoising is off - no farflies, no refraction. Good
- optimise for denoising is on - farflies will appier (clamp contribution no effect yet)
- denoiser is on - blurry spots from farflies

Oof, I see. Shit had hit the fan
For sure, clamping is already fundamental part in every engine for past decade (+ some) & must be working, if not than it "renders"

OCL (GPUs) unfit for production. Such a thing should be noted & prioritized...
Have you checked, if anything of what is suggested here helps -
Why are there bright little specks still in my render?
Another way is to go back to
manual work, highpass filtering to remove fireflies then denoising w/
NVidia AI Denoiser (cl) or use other AI enhancement & repair tools
