Very slow download speeds

Im trying to download indigo and it's crawling along.. Most I'm getting is around 30 kb/sec. Just thought it'd mention.

I can guarantee our server is insanely fast, several megabytes per second. I've just checked on my (not very good) home connection, very fast.
Internet access in the US is sort of famously bad these days, maybe it's your ISP doing dodgy stuff.

Tested the download and get 9,4MB/s close to my limit...
