Can't seem to be able to skip or delete the first file in a render queue. Is that a bug?
Every time I resume rendering I want to skip frames that I already rendered but I'm not able to delete this first frame.

in which case it would be easier to hand edit the igq file and delete the text block corresponding to the rendered frames.
