Hi, when I save the file after Indigo has rendered it, vie the Sketchup/Indigo plugin it can only save it as a PIG file, this is fine, except I have no way of opening it up again, I would love to open it up on photoshop so that I could then save it as a jpeg or pdf so that I could put it up on the internet to show my friends,

please help,

thanks

.pigs are really only .zips - so rename the filetype to a .zip and unzip :)

nice try but it won't allow me to change the file to a zip file, the only option is to save it as a PIG file,

PIGS = Packed Indigo Scene
IGS = Indigo Scene

you can't actually open that file into photoshop. and yes you should be able to rename *.pigs --> *.zip and just un-zip (uncompress) it to a folder to get it's contents.

However like I mentionned, the *.pigs/*.igs files are not your render but simply the scene definition in indigo format. The file you want to open in photoshop is the *.png which is by default on windows somewhere in the appdata folder. or you can just press save image anytime during the rendering process and have it saved anywhere you want.
