Hehe I loved playing Duke Nukem years ago. Can't say the graphics look that impressive this time round - been 12 years since last one and it looks like theyre still using the same graphics engine

:P Well they did change graphics engine like 3 times during the development which explains why a) it took 12 years to finish it b) why the original company who developed the game went bankrupt.

I agree with you that the graphics aren't impressive but I have a feeling this game may yet impress.

Borgleader, I hope you are right that the game will impress. Duke Nukem 3D was and is still one of my favourite games I played. But my feeling when I see the movie is that they wont to make some money without focusing on the game.

Anyway I will believe that DNF is for real when you are able to buy it.

Well DNF was in development by the company who originally made the other DN games for quite some time (at least 9 years) it is only recently (2009-2010) that they went bankrupt. It was then that it was picked up by Gearbox to finish the job and polish things up.

The original project lead was a perfectionist to the point of going bankrupt to make a good product I figure the game should be at least satisfying :)

I read this article in Magazine form, it's quite interesting.
