Licence has stopped working

Hi guys,
Overnight my licence no longer works.
Nothing on this system has changed.
Any idea?
ATM I'm stuck with the unlicencsed size restrictions - not much good for my commercial work so would like a solution asap.
Thanks

To me success is the same. In my case I think it was the upgrade from Vista Sp1 to Vista SP2.

I haven't touched the system since yesterday - not sure why it's become unlicenced.
The licenc einfo is there but it says it's invalid.
Hmmm I have windows set to update automatically. Maybe there was a patch that changed something?
edit: Just checked and there was a hotfix for windows 7 applied yesterday - maybe thats the cause?

The license is applied to system settings, updates by modifying the system.
Perhaps this can deactivate the license in some cases.
I had only done quell'aggiornamento.

Hi Doug,
The hotfix may have changed the order in which we recognize network cards (which is part of our license validation system). I'll reset you license key so you can regenerate a hardware key.
We've seen this bug a handful of times now and we're looking at permanent solutions.

Pixie - we try and get the MAC address of the network card built into your motherboard, so that wouldn't normally work.

Thanks Ben for the quick reply but for some strange reason to day it's working again.
I have no idea what is going on. The only thing I did was leave the computer off for the night. Switch on this morning and licence is ok.
And yes I had rebooted the computer a few times earlier. Wierd. Still at least I'm back in business.

I don't know now, but before it went wild when I put some of my usb devices. Anyhow, I think it would make a nice dongle, and would allow the user a great deal of flexibility regarding the computer he would be using Indigo.

Hi,
I've just purchased a lifetime license and installed Indigo 2.0.11 and SketchUp 2.0.11b on Vista x64 and was successful with pasting in the license key. I've rebooted the computer and now my license is in demo mode. I am unable to reset the license key info again. Is there a fix for this issue? No system changes or USB keys were installed during this process. Can you reset the license again for me?
Thanks
