Looks like a Normal/-smoothing problem

try to make your volume a bit bigger than needed. It should intersect a bit with the pool walls. Also avoid sharp angles. ;)

Precedence

That has been done, even setting up the precedence.
Yeah, the water was "Sprite"
I got the value of SSS from pdf indigo tutorial.

precedence shouldn't matter with diffuse materials - only speculars have a precedence value...

Just a thought, I guess it's *not* the problem but anyway:
Did you lower the MNCR to below 1000? I think, there are issues with very low MNCR and BiDir... Same with extremely low raybouncedepth.....

Btw: Your caustics are quite blurry and the reflections show a rather big lightsource... Try to make it a lot smaller if you want sharper caustics ;)

Can you post the .blend ahmadun? Sorry to ask you again, but i'm not sure what's causing that..

It should intersect a bit
Actually if the vater wolume is entirely smoothed you need to put the outermost faces into the wall; if they are partially only the smoothing will show. Theorically you need 2 full rows hidden to get rid of the artifact, if that's the cause of it.

thank you

Thanks ahmadun.
I've run into this bug before.
I'm not sure what causes it.
