Indigo Renderer Forum

im new here so i dont now if this is the place to ask for, or if its allready possible to do, render queue in indigo...
i tryed blender + indigo .5, and i got a very nice render with only 1 meshlight and backward path tracing (bidirectional and metropolis off),it rendered for 30 mins and stoped giving me a very nice image, so my question is:
is it possible to make a render queue? because with 30 min renders i think its possible to make animation out of indigo.(depending on the noise regularity between frames)

hmmm... A nice idea for getin some indigo rendered animations!
A free adjustable value for the rendertime could make it much easier doing animations!

But also important is some advanced support of the exporter,
a new XML for each frame (camera & other positions) but keeping the 3ds Files...
Simple Object animations shoud be possible this way...

BUT as far as I know the Axis of Object is defined in the 3ds files
If Nick could integrate a Axis Modifier in the XML, and the exporter,
would support this, animations should be possible by exporting the 3ds, and a xml for each frame!!!

Combinated with render queue, this would be GRAET!!!

yes, i totally agree with you.
in the other hand a simple(i guess it would be, im not a programer) "start indigo again with scene+1. xml" script could hack more complex and needed code manipulation... im talking about blender exporting, i dont know how it work in different software, cause we just need the xml file, and a huge hd heheheheh.
other solution could be a unique xml scene description file(for lights and materials), and the corresponding 3ds files by frame, or better using a collada file(animation suport)
