I request a bug in the next test release.
I didn't find ANY bug yet in 0.7 test 5. And it's a "barely tested release"...
That can't be possible...

And what's the point of this thread (if I may ask)?
There is also a chat box you know...

The point was to indirectly praise OnoSendai for his programming skills.
But I seem to get misunderstood whatever I try to do today...
So let's do this directly:
OnoSendai: You wrote a great piece of software! Hope we don't have to wait too long for the next release with bi-dir.

No offence ! I had nothing against you

. I just didn't get the point. Sure, Ono has done a great job and i still dont get it how one man can manage all this. It is a rocket science for me.

Isn't that a reference to the 'non-existent bug' your mentioned in your first post?
I mean, bi-dir is disabled for a reason, right? . . .

Yes,
something's broken, but Ono already told us in an other thread, that Bi-Dir will be back in Indigo 0.7.6 together with a tiny GUI and some minor bug fixes...
BiDir! BiDir! BiDir! BiDir! BiDir! BiDir!

Another noob question : is BiDir here to improve render speed, or does it give better render results ?
Thx.

But mainly it increases render speed.
