I tried uninstalling and reinstalling indigo render when I couldn't figure out how to reset my render settings completely

AND THEN
I get this error when I go to render a scene

I have sent it to support, I've unistalled and reinstalled several times. Deleted all registry keys from glare software. unistalled skindigo from app data and sketchup plugin. deleted skindigo through ruby console.. maybe something else.

what am i missing? I just found out about indigo render yesterday and still love it because it is freaking awesome..

Have you tested using the last Skindigo version, your is quite old?!

Mine is old? I downloaded it from the website 2 days ago.... who would have thought?!?

Forgive me:

I have it rendering again. But will not on my latest two versions of my sketchup file.
I ended up doing a system restore(which I really hate doing on a networked computer) and am able to redner completely new/old scenes except for my latest project. Not the biggest deal in the world because I love me some indigo/skindigo. And will be buying as soon as I get my new computer.
