Live Preview in Cinema 4D

Hi.

Is it planed to have a Live Preview in Cinema 4D eventually?
I mean something inside of Cinema 4D in case I make some small customizations of the scene, I don't want to leave c4d all the time for rendering. I just want to open another view and the preview is always rendering.

And if I ready to render, then I can start to open Indigo's external render application.

cheers
Wolfgang

Check your C4D render settings and set the used renderer to Indigo ;)

You can also use the C4D Renderregion in combination with indigo to get sth like a live preview.
the only drawback is, you have to wait for cindigo's intern export.

Just to clear that up:
there is no "internal export" happening since all the data is already loaded with the scene and get used directly!
BUT: the scene build, displacement calculation, HDRI processing etc. needs to be done each time...
Also C4D Shaders used get backed before each rendering, that can take quite some time, so try to avoid them wherever you can
(or bake once and use that texture instead of the shader ;) )
