Welll.. I have to say, that this image has the most realistic feel i've seen in a long time from any renderer.
11 points out of 10.
It almost feels like I'm there in that room. Fabulous work mate !

The lighting is HDRI. I used the free "grace.exr".

Top notch work!!!1 ... and me being picky says, it lacks just a tiny bit of
contrast. But as I said, it's me being picky and it's easily processed in
post ..., hehe. ;o))

And I love the lighting, the table texture, the liquid materials... Incredible.
