I was a doing a kitchen scene, but though it was too boring, so i wanted to make it more focused.
I've posted this in finished artwork, but suggestions are more than welcome.

The bottle and glasses are awesome, but that red background is just a bit to bright and too pure....

Thanks, and yes, the red walls was a mistake.
I'll play around with some other colors and see what fits.

The glasses are perfect, the bottle is FAR too perfect, the reflections are boring and unrealistic; bump it slightly, either with a very blurred map or by tweaking (higher resolution) geometry.

I say another one: Thanks!
I did some fast tests, but as you can see, the wine loses all it's nice red color.
And I haven't got any great results with the bump-mapping on the bottle yet.

it still looks like red wine

but when you simply make it absorbing slight less red, it still should look red-er
