Hmmm, while MNCR=10 will clean up a render a lot, it will also produce a largely incorrect image :/ It's certainly not a "fix" for noise problems, ideally it should be left at the default setting.

If you could send us the scene file (or post it here) we could have a look at it; recognising such issues and knowing their solutions is quite important to us :)

Hey Piter!
..don't lnow if it could be of any help, but I usually get those annoyng light spots when I have a metallic surface too close to an emitter. I see you lamp is metallic: try to paint the lamp's inner face with a simple diffuse white material: it is so overexposed that you ain't be able to see any difference..

Thanks for help :) Yes, yes you right about this, fix noise and dots in wooden table. But now I`m working with lycium in this scene and maybe we can fix :)

About the light leak of that board near the ceiling... could it be that the board side is coplanar with the exterior wall ?

If so pull it either within or outside the wall, hoping this helps.
