Problem Generating New Password for licensing Indigo 4

Hi, I haven't needed to ask for this for years but apparently now after I try to install my license on a new computer because the old one is dead, the password I'd typically use isn't working. I've tried to reset the login to manage my license by sending a reset request to my email but it seems to be taking its time delivering. How long do customers have to wait for a password reset email? thanks.

I was able to install my license but the reset password doesn't work. At lease in my purchase email it still has direct access to the license reset page.
