Material id render mode missing after update

When I press render mode i dont see the material id option after the 4.2 update. It is a mode that I use a lot as I import my rendered images in photoshop for my final edits. Is there something i am missing? Is this option now somewhere else? Please bring it back. Without this, my work is very time consuming..

material ID is still there, but it's now a render channel:

I see.. Unfortunately I'm a Indigo RT subscriber. So no material id for me after the 4.2 update.

Oh. Huh. That seems not very well thought out by us. I'll bring it up in internal discussion.
