Realistic concrete-like tiles material

Hi guys. I've got problem with setting up material for my project. What tricks you use to achieve high detail surface on similiar type bathroom tiles? I've tried mostly Phong and little bump on same texture, couple ior, rougness setups. Nothing even similiar to real/expected effect. I'm stucked. Attaching textures and my poor try (rendered for couple minutes).
My goal is to achieve glossiness and slightly rough surface with all micro details
This tile is desribed by producer as semi matt material.
I've achieved quite nice effect but weird refflections using 3,5 IOR 0,5 roughness but I cant extract more details (too much IOR? poor light setup?)

Any ideas? Maybe blending materials or coating? Bump, normal maps (and what settings I should use)?
Thank you kindly for any advices tutorials.

Im using OPEN CL Path Tracing. No IES, only one layer of light

Ok I was able to see the images.

i think that to clearly study the material, yuor scene must be waaaaaay too simple.
Also, the wide camera angle doesn't help understanding the behaviour of the subject.

I suggest you try to apply it on a floor, make a lightsource the opposite side of the camera, add a couple more lights on separate layers for adjustments on-the-go and render!
