Sketchup exporter, bump maps

There's probably a simple answer to this, but I can't figure it out.

In the Sketchup exporter, I'm overlaying a bump texture on a simple Phong paint colour. What I want to achieve is an "embossed" effect as in the attached. Question though - how on earth do I change the dimension of the bump texture? Not the depth of the effect - I'm talking about the straightforward XY dimensions. How do I make it "larger"? Some pointers on this would be appreciated.

Once I've figured this out, the next step is the rotation of the map... Any ideas?

Thanks folks

Hi Nmeau, I think I got your problem.
How do I scale the dimension of a map when I cannot see it?

There is a "complex" anwswer that sounds like "use advanced mapping with the SAVE UVW map feature" (which I don't know if still active, btw).

There is though a much simpler answer:
1. put your bump map as your diffuse texture for the sketchup material, and set the dimension of the map as you like (you can obviously use all sketchup tool to rotate/scale your map).
2. open the Indigo material editor and put the same map into the bump map slot, and specify a value for the bump map.
3. change the value for the Albedo parameter from "sketchup" to "None" (dropdown list).
4. click over the "..." button and set the base color you want to see in the render.
DONE

Hope I helped!

Let us know!

Hi Ono - the issue with Sketchup is that the "colours" don't function as textures, ie you can't scale or rotate them.

Pibuz - many thanks for those instructions, they seem to almost work - I'll have another go and let you know. The bump map doesn't quite follow the re-sized texture, but it does change... A challenge!
