Not sure, but I think you need to install OpenCL runtimes for your architecture.

But don't think that you'll get a boost of more then 5% - 10% of your Titan card!
OpenCL in CPU mode is slower then common CPU mode, and if combined with a GPU its even slower
Here a example with my Intel 4770K @ 4.2 Ghz + my super old AMD 7950 card, since your card is mega fast the gain of adding the CPU will be super minimal...
