Indigo Rt plugin for iClone 6 says too many activations

Hi guys, everything went OK in the past. but upgraded my computers and sold the old ones. removed the license of Indigo RT from the machines. now get message too many activations. Cannot very license (5) and helpdesk isn't reacting to my mails. Who van help? With regards CEO online tv radio europe Pi-Qui

I am having this same issue. I tried uninstalling and re-installing. Reallusion site shows the activation being freed up when I uninstalled the app.
