sketchup to indigo - indigo not opening

Hi there,
I own a licenced version of indigo and have just updated to sketch up 2013 and it will not seem to work? It does not even show up as an option?
I have tried updating with the new skindigo but haven’t had any luck? Is there anyway you can help with this?

So it seems to work since version Skindigo 3.4.19!
