Blendigo For Blender?

I'm not sure about this one... it seems that the manual for Indigo is WELL outdated.

Is there now a script for Blendigo in Blender 2.67? I have some of the options for Indigo render, but not in the same way as the manual says. Additionally, when I click on render, it does not automatically open up Indigo (even though it is pointing to the correct application location). Is this normal for the newest version of Blender?
