License Reset for New Computer that has dual processors?

I bought a new computer that has dual 6 core processors & want to use it as the "Master" computer.

I want to remove the Indigo License from the old "Master" computer & install it on the new "Master" computer.

Is sending an email to "Billing" or "Support" (& they send back a new web link with Lic Key) the only way to go through switching Indigo on computers. I already sent the email.

Since the new "Master" has dual processors, is the "Master" license keyed to only one of the processors?

Will both processors work together to speed up rendering in the "Master" computer or do I need the 2nd processor License keyed as a Network Slave?

Alternatively:
If we used the new dual processor computer as a network slave, do we need one Network Slave License for each processor or will just one License key activate both processors while rendering

Thank you

license keys are for a computer system. no mater how much CPUs are build in!
In Indigos GUI license screen you get 1 identification ID for the system to generate your key from.

Gah! Would you mind posting your specs? Because it sounds like something I should probably look into getting...

Thank you for the responses.
Makes sense.
I still have not heard back from Support on switching Licenses.

New system spec's-
Dell T7500 64bit
Dual Processors- 6 core Xenon X5670 2.93ghz, 12m, 6.4gt/s
24gb ram ddr3 ecc 1333mhz (12x2gb)
1-mid-range graphics card-768 Quadro FX 1800
Windows 7 pro

Speed Comparison-
We have several DellT5400 (quad core 2.9ghz? E type processor w/ 4gb ram, Windows xp pro) work stations running as slaves over night.
On a test render the new dual 6 core ran 3.5 times (61k samples/s vs 17k samples/s) faster than one of the quad core machines.
Note-our computer guy said we need to buy a new big network switch to make the network rendering faster. Right now we have 2 little switches daisy chained which supposedly makes things slower. We are using 3 of our 5 computers for network rendering Indigo & want to use all 5 once we get the Lic. thing worked out w/ Indigo & buy 2 more node Lic..

Thank you
