The wood texture has too much seams and the I don't like the tilling of both the tiles (ground and wall).

I wouldn't care too much about the seams as furniture isn't always made using solid pieces of wood. However, I think it would be a big improvement if you'd alter the unwrapping so the cabinet doors aren't identical.
The cactus looks very plastic (but maybe that's intended).
More of a question than criticism; wouldn't the fabric in the cabinets defeat the purpose of the windows?
Work on the unwrapping (and maybe remove that toy) and this will be great!
