i try to make a good render of this table, but i can't obtain transparency, all the options are engaged
what can i do ?

the " C. The <Specular> Material " part

The table top had a wrong geometry. I flipped normals and added a new face on down-side of table top. So you have a completely cube that can be correctly rendered.
