hey
finally sat down and do some 3d work...here's the daylight version and nightshot is still cooking (but daylight still needs some cleaning - later...)
c&c's much welcome - as im a newbie in 3d stuff...setting up emitters and ies profiles for nightshot was a nightmare but was a good lesson...moreover i was having many problems exporting this (not that big) scene and indigo many times crashed upon loading or warming up (finally i decided to switch system on one of my slaves since xp32 was crashing c++ runtime libraries (??) but it seems to work on xp64 no prob. what confused me was that i couldnt export this scene using blendigo 105...only 104 worked...wtf...???
cheers

Good stuff.
I've had some problems rendering complex scenes at high-resolution since version 1.0.4 upwards. They seem to be more memory-demanding.

hi bbb
but the problem is that i cannot export this same scene with blendigo 105...whereas using 104 it goes smoothly...is 105 less memory efficient?

try using a bit less bump on the floor, might help with render times.

That floor looks great!!! Especially in the daylight scene, brilliant. Man I'm in love with that floor, that an odd sentence.
I think the bed look great too, but the fire is mmm, not cool. I personally think you have too many paintings on the wall, looks rather busy.
I'm sorry, can't help you out with your bug.

im glad u like my parquette...regarding fireplace - that kind of fire is best i came up with...since indigo does not use particles what else we can do? and paintings...man ...if u could see my house...my wife is a painter and they are everywhere...

Dunno about 105 am afraid. I switched directly from 104 to 106 (and then switched back since 106 refuses to render my scenes due to some degenerate triangles issue).

did u use blendigo 104 or 105 to export scene for indigo 106? maybe it matters? (so many numbers...)
