Only one issue is really annoying me, the emitter (see next image to see) isnt really deflecting properly. The light should disperce at more of an angle from the mirror light and I just would like to know the best way to to have it come up at a better angle.

looks good so far 8)
to avoid fireflies(those bright pixels everywhere) lower the max_num_consec_rejections in the infile.txt to 100.
i would also use an emitter with a temperature up to 6500 to make the light more white.
unfortunatly don't know whats wrong with your mirror/light problem. i guess that the mesh-model is different from the real reference.
But good work - keep it up :P :)
