These days I use Autodesk Alias as much as I can for modelling, but the "mothership" is still Blender, which is what I use together with Indigo.
Afgapan 400 has quite low contrast, as we can see. But that's the good thing about it - it has the realistic response of the camera tonemapping, but rarely loses any detail in shadows/highlights thanks to its high dynamic range. Which is ideal for post production.
Even though I'm an archviz noob, I attached my go at some post pro (including psd file). Your image still has a slightly green tint to it, which probably is due to reflected light from the grass, which can be fixed using colour balance. Also the image has a lot of midrange, whereas for those catalogue style images you usually want those brighter. Which I changed using curves. Be careful not to burn out the whites outside too much though.
