Nice idea with the Indigo Letters :D

Seems your C4D Export Problems are solved now,
without the need to edit the XML by Hand all the time,
Indigo is a funny Toy to play with... :wink:

The "Renderer" Typo is from Bladerunner, isn't it?!

I must edit still but it goes a little better . The specular map always is black, is however no large problem. And the renderer Typo... Sry, which you mean with it ? :roll:

i hope you unerstand my english :wink:

Strange about this specular Bug...
Could you please upload a small
example C4D file that exports bad for you?
I can't reproduce this here :?

        <name>obj1</name>
        <phong>
            <fresnel_scale>0.600000</fresnel_scale>
            <diffuse>0.000000 0.000000 1.000000</diffuse>
            <specular>1.000000 1.000000 1.000000</specular> <----- does not change !
            <exponent>399.999991</exponent>

Hey Camox...

Worked here without a Problem, but I think I found your little Mistake :wink:

First Time I tried to change the Specular Color I chose the Color ( 1 ),
but totaly forgot to set the brightness of it ( 2 ) so Specular keeps 1 1 1.

I hope this is it!

Thx :D , I have the trick of Manitwo ! I used one as background caustik texture, and hdri (.exr).

Code: Select all

  <material>
        <name>water</name>
		<specular>
			<transparent>true</transparent>
			<ior>1.33</ior>
			<cauchy_b_coeff>0.009569</cauchy_b_coeff>
			<rgb_absorptivity>0 0 0</rgb_absorptivity>
		</specular>
    </material>
    <material>
        <name>caustics</name>
        <phong>
            <fresnel_scale>0.800000</fresnel_scale>
            <diffuse>1.000000 1.000000 1.000000</diffuse>
            <specular>0.003922 0.003922 0.003922</specular>
            <exponent>10000.000000</exponent>
            <albedo_texture>
                <path>caustics.jpg</path>
                <uv_set>albedo</uv_set>
                <gain>1.000000</gain>
                <exponent>2.300000</exponent>
