Finally i get the milk and fluid simulation in Blender work fine too!

Not bad.

But I think your mil materila needs a little less sss and more absorbtion. At the moment it somehow seems to glow...

it cann't have any absorption, because it's white and if i set SSS lower it will be more transparent

Do a search for 'milk' on the forum. I think there was some absorbtion going on.

Milk DOES have some absorbtion. As long as you leave the absorbtion 100 to 1000 times lower than the sss the fluid will still be white and looking like real milk.

Try it!

EDIT: If your glass is sized as in the real world, try absorbtion values around 0.1 to 1 and sss of 100 to 1000...

Smartden, try this. It's working for me I'm assuming you're using blendigo...

Also your image is very bright, I think you need to increase the contrast somehow.

it ocures to me, your milk materials is looking good, but it looks EXACTLY like egg whites!

You are right, it looks like the egg-white of a fried egg.

Which milk do you find more realistic?

I'd prefer to drink the milk on the left, the yellow glow from the right one makes me nervous.
