I got the idea by playing with Blender's Sculp Mode and SSS.

Can you add a real Sting in the end of the Scorpio's Tail?
Also, brains usually are grey

Hmmm.... this is from Wikipedia. It looks yellowish, for some reason !?

Yuck.. that creature is disgusting looking
is the brain IOR=1?
While that's good for viewing the SSS effect, it's not very realistic, as it means there is no surface reflection.
