I'd love to see this same scene with the overhead light turned on, and some translucency in it's shade. It would really add some dynamics to the lighting. From an "artistic" (whatever that is  ) standpoint, the scene could really use a center of interest, a subject, or a story to tell. Coming along, tho. Keep at it!

hi, here's an update, i've lowered the max consec rejects to 50 (thank you radiance, cleans much faster).

mzungu, thank you for the reply, i'll try to turn on the overhead light on my next render, i'll have to figure out how to make translucid material.

first i have to change the jar (i dont like it!) and mess with that flying curtain.

Very good warm lamp light, but the chair beyond the window is a bit overexposed... can you reduce lightreflection, or is it SSSlight from back? in this case, can you increase the absorbtion? Or maybe, you have to reduce the windowlight...
Looks nice, anyway :D

thank you Kram1032 for the reply, i'm still messing around with the material, the curtain was supose to be dark red, the light from the window is from the sunlight and the material from the chair is a difuse material with a texture of wood. I've fire up the bloom and the reinard in violet. I'm trying to learn how to setup material and lightning but i don't understand many things that you guys talk in the forum.

I don't know what is sss light, could you give me some hints?

I use blender with the blendigo exporter.

I would appreciate if you guys could help me make a material for the curtains and the headlight (it was supose to be white).

SSS light doesn't exist ;)
I meant the Material!
I thought, it's plastic with SSS (SSS = Sub Surface ScratterinG, which means, that light passes the object, but you can't see, what's behind it!
Take a peace of paper and hold it on a window! You can see that the paper is lit from behind, but you can't see, what's behind!) -> I thought, that the white light may pass through the material and isn't reflected, but transmitted

So, SSSlight means (or should mean)
Sub surface scrattered light ;)
