i : the wip

So all started with that idea of a self connected "i", but i did the first mesh with topmod and messed it up at the end. I decided to do some test anyway, the stripe being lambertian and white. The light setup was totally wrong

Refraction 1.05

Refraction 1.05 and absorption

Refraction 1.05, absorption and subsurface scattering
----
Then I fixed the light setup, I found it was ok if there was burn since the light was very close.

About the same material as above
----
Then ok the mesh was OT so I did one from scratch, introducing a sphere generated by Indigo cut by a box filled with air.

Sun ans sky with turbidity=15

An almost-not-transparent material

There I told myself something was wrong, maybe the normals of the box... It is not smoothed normal wise
----
Then I imported the new scene into the former setup but messed up with the pixel ratio, and the connection was obviously too thick.

Er... some sort of rubber ?
----
So I started over with the "i" again, having a too large loop this time
I had to increase the radius of the sphere and it escaped the box of air !

Around 580 mut/pixel. Say it's stained glass
----
Everything rendered with Indigo 0.7t3, althought I didn't use a t3 specific feature here.
I hope you enjoyed the tour !
Cheers
