Material database .xml and .json

I'm going to put up the material database soon, it'll have an api for searching so you can get an xml document back containing matching materials and users can browse for materials online.

Ps. Could you fix the menus for the front page too? Front page menus still not working with IE. Actually, menus only work for forum page.

Menus work properly for me with IE 8. With IE 7 they are behind the path text.

Yes, I'm on IE7. Came with the PC and I haven't updated. But that's not important. I'm sure there are a lot of IE7 users browsing the net.
