@eman7613

"... also, mines a single jar, not lib folder (hate that thing)"

I need your help. How to compile to a single JAR with netbeans? :oops: :roll: :wink:
Thanx in advance mate!

btw. the packed build you provided has some bugs. Changing the values
just works if I use the sliders and the text fields are not updated. ;)

And I just want to mention that you should use another archiver then
pack200, at least when you want that more people can easily try it out.
It was quite an odyssey to find out that I already had it installed because
of the JDK. :P ;)

netbeans cant do it for you, somewere deep in the bowls of netbeans you could alter the build script to do it for you, but i have no clue were it lives & am to lazy to find out.

My package is just a repackaging of the one in the intial post, revision 43. That bug is know

if the user can run jViolet (reqires JRE 1.5+) then pack200 & unpack200 are already installed. I provided it simply b/c there are people like me who are sometimes stuck with 20kb downstream b/c of stupid people controling our networks & horrible internet service. anyother conpression will have equaly inferior compression to pack200 (exploites the nature of java bytecode). To sumerise that in a shorter sentance, im to damn lazy :P

I knew that you'd say that ... *LOOOOOL*

Don't worry, I found what I need to build the single JAR on the net.
And I just wanted to let you know, that we have people around here
that have no clue what a shell is and how to unpack a PACK.GZ
file ... so it could be better to let them know how to do it, heh. ;)

Hey Everyone, I think that this program would be fantastic if it worked on the newer indigo stuff, because i often need to tonemap images and can't be bothered opening up a whole new render to do it...

I was working on this earlier, but ono only released the specs for IGI v 1 & 2, it has seen been updated and updating violet simply is not possible unless Ono decides to change that. Apparently ingido is getting a new UI, perhaps more of violet's features will be built into it.
