SDK for Visual Studio 2013 possible?

Hey guys,
I was wondering if it's possible to generate an SDK build with the v120 toolset of Visual Studio 2013 - for the moment I'm fine with v110, but I already came across some libraries that require the v120 toolset and for Cinema 4D R17 I have a project in Visual Studio 2013 anyways, so I was wondering if it's just a matter of compiling an addition SKD build with 2013 or if there's more about it..?
