Impossible to purchase indigo from France?

We wanted today to purchase a license on your website. Two credit cards from different banks were tried without success. Do you know about the issue?
That's not good for your cash flow!

Hey, we have 2 resellers in europe currently, germany and italy, but no reseller in france yet...

That's very strange, because we use PayPal for our credit card processing, which I'm sure accepts French credit cards. Can you tell me any more about what stage the payment got to? Was there an error message?

Hi galinette
When my boss tryed to pay with the credit card, although it was a Visa, she had to check Carte Bleue instead of visa and it perfectly worked. When we checked the Visa option, it did not work
