Problem with registration confirmation emails?

I have heard a couple of reports of registration confirmation emails not being sent. Can someone verify this problem and get it fixed?

Is there a workaround?

Yeah...why should we care if hundreds of potential indigo users can't register? Screw 'em! :roll:

OH that e-mail, I thought the one after the link telling you "hey you registered successfully." That's why i was like...who cares?

Yes, I had also the problem. With my GMX or yahoo account I did not get the registration confirmation. I had used several accounts to get the confirmation ... and the same number of user names as the ones which did not send a confirmation were not available. I think this happened to a number of users which could be potential indigo supporters.

Same problem, I've waited 3 days for the confirmation e-mail but I've never seen it. Now I've used an other one and I'm in, but now I can't change it! See here: http://www.indigorenderer.com/joomla/fo ... hp?p=68760.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!! I use a gmx-account, they're one of the biggest german e-mail providers, and it never worked. I wrote Ben about it, but don't get an answer for 2 weeks or so now. That is not very professional. I had to create a fake "ten-minute"-email account to post here. And of course no way to change my adress in my profile, adress is "already in use".

If I wouldn't love and use Indigo already I´d be really pissed off and wouldn't bother to lurk in the forums any more. You don't feel supported if you have to wait for an answer that long (I am still waiting...).

Ben, please fix this problem so it cannot hinder indigo community from growing! Thanks!
