For Maya --> Open Source, YES -- and it's Active (I would say) :)

And it's kinda hard to tell exactly who is working on it, heh..
But right now it's mostly CTZn and bkircher.
(hopefully more Maya users will appare :P)

I am just tired of working on it... :? :)

Cheers!

Code: Select all

MAYA -Maya to Indigo 0.6 -ThatDude,arneoog -closed -0.6 -YES

MAYA -Maya to Indigo 0.7 -CTZn,bkircher -active -0.7 -YES
This is my posture regarding "Mayingo" (?), Arne, thatDude and bkircher may have different opinions, we'll discuss that between us. The only component wich isn't open source (and compiled) for now is hanging us back because we have no news from the developer, and scripts are not compiled; open source for scripts is the usual way to go with Maya (see highend3d.com).

[REQ] I like the idea Kram had, about a "Ressources" forum. There we'll put only stuff created by us, Indigo users: textures, meshes etc. Dunno where to put the request so here it is ;) I think it is important it would not contain foreign ressources, we don't need a mess.

*Hehe, you still there arne :D ;) Glad open source is your choice !!!
