Creating an illuminating but invisible object

Hi, Experts,
Is it possible for me to create an object invisible while giving light?

Hey you expert, how about posting your questions in the related subforum??!

Light defines visibility, something emitting light gets visible and therefor isn't invisible anymore...
If you are referring to something like a hologram, then use a null Material with a emission channel,
this will look like that:

Yes, there is a "invisible to camera" option for objects.
