how to quote other person citation to have their name on it?

I have seen quotes of other persons with the name of this person and every attachments, etc. on it.

How to do that in the forum? (I can only do a simple quote, with no name of person and whatever was said by this person.).

Have you tried the "Quote" button, at the bottom right of a post (instead of "Post Reply" ) ?
