hiya just wondering what settings would be best for an interior render
like the traccing method and other stuff like that please help

Use Bidir and MLT and Hybrid for interiors.
Stick exit portals over windows and openings (someone else can help you with Sketchup as I do not use it)
When in doubt, render for a bit and post the image here, and we can help you out with pointers.
